HIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – Al Fanan Jewellery LLC

1. UAE Delivery Policy

1.1 3-Hour Express Delivery (Dubai Only)

We offer 3-hour express delivery exclusively within Dubai.

Operational Hours:

  • Daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Eligibility:

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM qualify for 3-hour delivery

  • Customer must confirm availability to receive the order

  • If the customer cannot confirm, delivery may be moved to the next available window

Important:
During periods of unexpectedly high order volume, deliveries may take longer or be postponed to the next day.
In such cases, customers will be informed via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Phone call

  • Email (if unreachable on WhatsApp or phone)


1.2 3-Hour Delivery for Sale / Zero Making / Other Non-Eligible Items

Normally, sale and Zero Making items do not fall under 3-hour delivery.

However, customers may request 3-hour delivery for any item with an additional AED 50 express delivery fee.

Approval depends on:

  • Rider availability

  • Store workload

  • Customer confirmation


1.3 Delivery to Other Emirates

  • Sharjah & Ajman:

    • Same-day delivery may be available if the order is placed before 12:00 PM

    • Otherwise, delivery will be next day

  • All other emirates:

    • Delivery is next day

    • Same-day delivery is not available

Customers may choose their preferred delivery date during checkout.


2. Delivery Charges (UAE)

  • Standard delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

  • Zero Making Charge delivery rules are handled under the Zero Making Policy (not here)

  • Express 3-hour delivery fee: AED 50 (only when requested for non-eligible items)


3. International Shipping Policy

3.1 Worldwide Delivery Timeline

We ship worldwide using DHL International.

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days

  • May vary due to customs, local holidays, remote areas, or country-specific regulations

3.2 Customs Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT / import taxes

  • Clearance fees

  • Any government charges in the destination country

These are not included in shipping or product prices.

3.3 Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent by:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if provided)

Customers can track the shipment in real time.

4. Order Cancellation by Al Fanan Jewellery LLC

We may cancel orders without prior notice if:

  • Customer behavior is inappropriate or abusive

  • Customer is unresponsive to confirmation calls/messages

  • Payment verification fails

  • Item becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons

Refunds will follow our Refund Policy.


5. In-Store Collection Policy

To protect customer security, order collection is strictly controlled.

5.1 Who Can Collect?

Only the person who placed the order may collect it.
The name on:

  • The order

  • The payment card

  • The ID

must match.

We cannot release the order to family, friends, drivers, or assistants.

5.2 What to Bring?

Please carry:

  • Valid Emirates ID or Passport

  • Order confirmation (digital copy is fine)


6. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Customer not answering calls

  • No one available to receive delivery

  • Customer refusal

A re-delivery fee may apply in these cases.
