Yes. We do all kinds of jewellery repairs, engravings, customizations and even gold plating for accessories.

To order via whatsapp the process is simple.

We will confirm the preferred karat and weight of the product and give the quotation. Next, the customer will have to make an advance payment of minimum 100 AED or 10% of the total amount, whichever is higher.

Then a sketch of the necklace is created and sent to customer for approval. We will make any changes if required to the sketch.

Once the sketch, lenght & widht is confirmed the manufacturing process will begin.

Yes, you can pay for items with zero making charges using any card. However, please note that there will be an additional 4% bank charge associated with card payments.
