1. What “Zero Making Charge” Means

Our Zero Making Charge Collection offers selected products with:

  • Pure gold value only
  • Zero making charges
  • Zero labour charges
  • Certified purity
  • Standard finishing and polishing

This means the jewellery itself has no hidden charges.

Any additional fees that may appear during checkout are service-based, depending on your chosen payment method and delivery preference.

2. Payment & Delivery Options

Every Zero Making product provides three customer-friendly options:

Price: Base Gold Price (no extra fees)

  • Reserve the item online
  • Pay at our store
  • No delivery fee
  • No service charges
  • No online payment required

A team member will confirm your reservation via WhatsApp.

Reservation holds the item for 24 hours. Final price is based on the gold rate at the time of payment at the store.

Best for:
Customers who prefer to view the product in person and collect directly.

🅑 Option B – Bank Transfer + Delivery

This option includes:

  • Delivery anywhere in UAE
  • Handling & secure packaging
  • Reservation of your gold item
  • Same-day delivery available (when possible)

Delivery fee is charged during order confirmation to:

  • Confirm your order
  • Reserve the product
  • Cover delivery & handling

Best for:
Customers who want home delivery without visiting store.

🅒 Option C – Online Payment + Delivery (Full Online Payment)

This option includes:

  • Delivery anywhere in UAE
  • Processing and verification
  • Secure online payment
  • Handling & packaging
  • Reservation of your gold item
  • Same-day or express delivery available (when possible)

Best for:

  • Fastest order processing
  • Customers who prefer online payment
  • Customers outside Dubai or UAE
  • International buyers (shipping available)

3. Pricing Transparency

Option A – No fees
Option B – Includes delivery fees
Option C – Includes delivery, handling, reservation, processing, and payment gateway services

All fees displayed at checkout are service-related, not jewellery-related.

  • You only pay for gold + VAT
  • All extra fees reflect real delivery and processing services

4. Important Notes & Rules

4.1 Delivery Fees & Same-Day Delivery

  • Store pickup: Free
  • Delivery fees apply depending on Option B or C
  • Same-day or express delivery may be available when riders are free
  • Customer must confirm availability via WhatsApp for delivery scheduling

4.2 Non-Refundable Service Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Delivery fees
  • Handling fees
  • Processing charges
  • Delivery charges
  • Payment gateway charges (Option C)

4.3 Return & Exchange Eligibility

Zero Making Charge items follow Al Fanan’s standard 7-day return policy, with conditions:

  • Must be unworn and in original condition
  • Only one-time exchange allowed
  • Delivery/service fees are not refundable
  • For returns above AED 5,000 → Buy Back Policy applies

4.4 WhatsApp Confirmation

For Options A & B, booking is confirmed through WhatsApp.
If confirmation cannot be obtained, delivery may be postponed.

For orders placed with Option B (Cash Payment + Delivery), the delivery & handling fee paid online is non-refundable, even if the order is later cancelled..

Zero Making items remain in this collection until sold or removed. No expiry.
