Policy for Payments Done Using Tabby

1 Order Cancellation:

• Orders placed using Tabby cannot be canceled once the payment process has been initiated. However, exchanges are allowed under the conditions outlined below.

2 Exchange Policy:

• Customers may exchange their item based on its monetary value, not gold weight.
• If the customer selects an item of higher value than the original purchase, they can pay the difference using cash or card.
• The monetary value of the original item will be considered for exchange calculations, ensuring the transaction reflects the current item value fairly.

3 Credit Note Policy:

• If the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original purchase, Al Fanan Jewellery will issue a credit note for the difference. There is no time limit on the credit note, and it can be used for future purchases at any time. Cash refunds will not be provided.
